Hi, my name is Ronel (Nellie), originally from South Africa I now call New Zealand home since 2016. I am a full time teacher, wife and mother of two young adults. Baking and making anything yummy is my passion and my way to unwind and relax. I specialise in baking koekisters, milktarts and peppermint crisp tarts. I supply to South African shops in Tauranga and deliver koeksisters to Auckland.
