Clear your afternoon on November 5th 🍸

We’ll be commencing service on Thursday 5 November at 1pm. The service will include a cocktail on arrival, bottomless drinks, canapes, djs + live music, and the races live on screen

This Melbourne weather calls for some at-home cocktails. Perhaps a Naught Espresso?

RECIPE:

- 30ml Mr Black
- 20ml Naught Australian Dry Gin
- 15ml Cold Brew Coffee
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters

PREP:

1. Stir down with ice.
2. Julep strain into a chilled pony glass.
3. Shake vanilla cream well and slowly pour over the back of a spoon to layer 1cm on top.
4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on one side.
