Our family run bakery is looking for a motivated APPRENTICE BAKER to join our TEAM.

YOU :
Early riser, eager and curious to learn , hard worker, eye for detail , neatness and cleanliness are a must ,punctual ,TEAM player. Early starts and weekend work required.
No experience necessary , Attitude matters most.
Passion for baking and willingness to learn more important.

US:
We will teach you everything we know about ARTISAN baking :mixing shaping,fermenting ,lamination ,baking.

You will have our full support in obtaining Certificate III in Commercial Baking.

We have created great TEAM culture and busy bakery vibes to immerse yourself in.

That's not just an achievement,that's a decade of 4am wake- ups ,dough under your nails,burnt batches,regulars who know your name and the smell of freshly baked bread and pastries pulling people through the door . Most businesses don't make it past
year 3.
Ten years means we built something people trust and come back for.
