aving at times operated a small business with one employee to the other end of the scale where they employed ninety staff in a wholesale manufacturing establishment where they supplied nationally, under home brand marketing, the likes of Woolworths,Coles and Sara Lee. Kevin takes responsibility for all production while Glenda, known affectionately as “Mrs have a chat”, looks after our customers and is very much the face of our enterprise. In late 2011 our son Stuart joined the family business and operates a “sister” shop,The Pastry Kitchen, in Hawthorn. Like mum & dad Stuart has many years experience in the industry as is well qualified to offer advice and assistance
We have only one specialty, and that is quality. Quality that incorporates understanding and working with the appropriate food safety standards. As a result in over thirty years we have never had a food safety complaint that could be attributed to our in production methods and have never been taken to task by any of multiple food safety inspections.
