Brents Patisserie Brents Patisserie Brent's is a family run business located in Eltham that produces cakes, pies and many other delicious sweets.

All of our products are made on the premises with the exception of certain gluten free items. Most sizes and flavours can be provided and 3 working days notice will guarantee your order being available in full at the nominated collection time. Brent's Patisserie is Australian owned & operated by husband & wife,Kevin & Glenda Brent. Both have more than thirty years experience in the food industry h

aving at times operated a small business with one employee to the other end of the scale where they employed ninety staff in a wholesale manufacturing establishment where they supplied nationally, under home brand marketing, the likes of Woolworths,Coles and Sara Lee. Kevin takes responsibility for all production while Glenda, known affectionately as “Mrs have a chat”, looks after our customers and is very much the face of our enterprise. In late 2011 our son Stuart joined the family business and operates a “sister” shop,The Pastry Kitchen, in Hawthorn. Like mum & dad Stuart has many years experience in the industry as is well qualified to offer advice and assistance

We have only one specialty, and that is quality. Quality that incorporates understanding and working with the appropriate food safety standards. As a result in over thirty years we have never had a food safety complaint that could be attributed to our in production methods and have never been taken to task by any of multiple food safety inspections.

“Quality is our specialty” is a motto that we have worked with all our business lives and one which we seek to inject into all of our employees. Our aim it to provide you with a great looking & more importantly tasting product, produced as fresh as is possible and at a price which is both reasonable & affordable
