It is with a heavy heart that we announce Sexie Coffie has permanently closed, with our last day of trade being Sunday 26 July 2026.
For some time we have been in an ongoing dispute with our landlord regarding essential maintenance issues at the site. Despite our repeated efforts to have these matters resolved, they remain outstanding. On advice, we made the difficult decision to terminate our lease. We simply could not continue to serve you to the standard you deserve under those conditions.
To our thousands of customers we see each week - the morning regulars whose orders we knew before you reached the window, the tradies, the essential services, the school-run crew, and everyone who just needed a good coffee and a chat - thank you. You made this place what it was, and it was never just about the coffee.
To our incredible staff - thank you for the early starts, the hustle, and the heart you brought to every shift.
Bundaberg, you have been extraordinary to us. We'll miss being part of your mornings more than you know.
