We are so excited and extremely proud to announce that our apprentice Christina has been crowned Australia’s best apprentice Bread Baker.
Christina competed in a live bake off competition with other apprentices from around Australia producing a range of breads, artisan breads, savoury and sweet breads and rolls over a strict production time period testing skill, knowledge, and time management, a comprehensive test for any young baker.
Congratulations to Christina who put in an incredible amount of work and training, and all of our wonderful team who have shared their knowledge, and helped train and support her in her quest to become the best baker she can be.
We are incredibly proud of you all!!
