We see our job as a craft and most of our loaves are traditionally stone baked. Our breads are free of preservatives and artificial flavours and we don’t add any fat or sugar. Good evening all, with Wild Breads closing last year, a baking company from NSW has crossed the border and commenced baking at our old site. They will be specialising in fresh Sourdough and offering a range of fresh and frozen product (there will be no gluten free products at this stage). The range will grow throughout the year and we will be looking to supply cafes, restaurants, pubs and caterers with fresh baked goods soon.
