Dear Cold Gold Customers, Friends and Family

This is the hardest post I have probably written in my life...

It is with deep sorrow, with tears in my eyes, I have to announce that Cold Gold Artisan Ice cream will be closing its doors, after 10 years, due to the devastating effects of the pandemic on our business. Despite all of our efforts, it has become impossible to keep operating-mainly supplying wine farms, restaurants, the tourism industry and serving ice cream at markets, events and weddings.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for their hard work and unfailing commitment, as well as our loyal customers for their continuing support, ice cream selfies, special requests, ice cream and wine pairings and making events special with a scoop of gold.

It is with heartfelt gratitude that I send out this notice. Without all of you, we would not be possible.

We are selling all of our equipment, if anyone is interested to start making ice cream and sorbet "Cold Gold style" - let us know, training and recipes can also be provided.

New logo, new beginning Post Covid 19!

Helo everyone! So we have been a little quiet... but we are making and churning ice cream and sorbet up a storm at our new premises! We are now situated in For Food's Sake 's warehouse and work on a delivery basis only... at the moment 😉

Is the term 'Good Earth makes Better Wine' a myth?
