Hi, my name is Janome, and I'm a baker.
I've been in the baking industry for 9 years. What started as a simple hobby quickly became a passion, and eventually, a business that changed my life.
Over the years, I've invested not only my time and money into this business, but also a huge part of myself. Baking has brought its fair share of challenges, stress, long hours, and sacrifices, but despite all of that, I would choose this journey again without hesitation.
Every cake I create is made with love, care, and passion. I often tell people, "If the cake doesn't talk to me, then it isn't complete." For me, a cake is more than flour, sugar, and decorations. It has to feel right. It has to tell a story. It has to have personality.
Baking is no longer just a hobby—it's my livelihood, my creative outlet, and a business I've worked hard to build. Seeing the joy my cakes bring to others makes every late night and every challenge worthwhile.
Nine years later, my passion is still as strong as it was when I first started. And if I had to choose all over again, I would absolutely choose this life, this business, and this journey.
