Before the doors open, this is where your plate starts. Fresh cuts trimmed by hand under the lamps, meat matured 40 days, sourced as close to home as we can get it.

It's the part of Nina's you never see from your table, and it's the part that makes the food taste like it does.

Grilled chicken, cheese melted right over the edges, a few jalapeños for the ones who like a bit of heat, and golden chips on the side.

No fuss, no shortcuts. Just a burger built properly in our kitchen, the way comfort food should be.

Carrot cake, the Nina's way. Two proper layers, cream cheese in the middle, a swirl of berry coulis and a cloud of cream on the side.

Tasha and the team bake it fresh in our kitchen, so when it's gone, it's gone.

This is the slice you order when you know you want a sweet treat, but you don't know what.
