Today I originally wanted to make cinnamon rolls, but decided instead to add apples and make a cinnamon apple strudel roll with yeast pastry, brushed loads of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and filled with thinly sliced apples.
Dusted with icing sugar while still warm.
