Important Update from Wildflour Scones & Bakery

Unfortunately, both my personal Facebook account and my Wildflour Scones Facebook account have been hacked, and I currently have no access to either account.

If you’ve sent me a message, left a comment, or reached out about an order, please know I’m not ignoring you! I’m working to regain access as quickly as possible.

Please be cautious of any unusual messages, suspicious links, or payment requests coming from either of my Facebook accounts. Until I regain access, I cannot verify or respond to anything being sent through those accounts.

In the meantime, you can still reach me directly through Instagram at for questions, special orders, or anything bakery-related.

Thank you for showing Wildflour Scones & Bakery so much love this weekend! It was such a wonderful weekend, and y’all certainly kept this baker busy!

One of my favorite things about being part of the local baking community is getting to know and support other incredibly talented bakers! ❤️

Donna with DonnaBakes reached out and asked me to save some farm-fresh eggs for her, and she wanted to pick up a few scones while she was at it.

Well, I knew she was in her kitchen testing a new recipe this morning, so I had to ask if she had any extras I could purchase! 😂 Somehow, my weekends in New Braunfels never seem to line up with her porch stand being open.

And wouldn’t you know, this sweet lady showed up with TWO boxes of her brand-new Apple Brioche Buns she’d been testing this morning! 🍎

Y’all, AMAZING! There’s just something special about bakers supporting bakers, and Donna is every bit as wonderful as the things she creates.

Amazing lady. Amazing bakes. And if you haven’t checked out Donna Bakes in New Braunfels, you’re missing out! ❤️

The ovens were fired up bright and early this morning, and the kitchen is already filled with the smell of fresh-baked goodness!

We’re getting ready for a wonderful weekend at Gruene Market Days in New Braunfels! 🍂

I’ll be bringing plenty of your Wildflour favorites—our scratch-made scones, Nana’s Classic Cinnamon Rolls, rich and comforting bread puddings, and maybe a few extra surprises!

There’s a whole lot of butter, flour, and love going into this weekend, and I can’t wait to share it all with y’all!

Truth be told, I’ve never been particularly good at making lattice pie crusts OR fluting the edges! 🥧❤️

My husband’s mother taught him how to do both years ago, and wouldn’t you know it, he’s always been better at it than I am!

But he was busy this morning, so it was just me, my rolling pin, and a whole lot of patience. And I have to say, I’m pretty proud of how this one turned out!

I had so much fun making this custom cherry pie today! Fresh cherries turned into homemade filling, tucked beneath a buttery, from-scratch lattice crust.

And wouldn’t you know it, I got so caught up in making this beauty that I completely forgot to photograph the cherry filling before covering it with the crust! You’ll just have to take my word for it… those fresh cherries were gorgeous! 🍒

This beauty was a special order for a customer through LB Select Processing & Meat Market in Victoria! ❤️ I love getting the opportunity to make something a little different, especially when it means bringing an old-fashioned favorite to someone’s table.

There’s something special about slowing down and doing things the old-fashioned way, even when it takes a little extra patience.

And speaking of pies… holiday pie orders will be opening soon at Wildflour Scones & Bakery, just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas! 🥧🍂🎄

🎄❤️ WAXAHACHIE, Y’ALL HAVE BEEN SHOWING UP!

And we couldn’t be more grateful!

It’s been a busy weekend at Home for the Hollydays, and we love seeing our baked goods heading home with so many of you!

From our Scottish-style scones to our old-fashioned sweet breads and family favorites, y’all have been giving our little South Texas bakery so much love!

And guess what? We’re not finished yet! 🎉

Today is our FINAL DAY at the Waxahachie Civic Center, and we’re ready for one more wonderful day!
