Microbakery located in Yoakum, TX focused on sourdough breads and sourdough-based creations! If you would like to order, please message me.

I've been baking sourdough since June 2024 for my family and now I'd love to share these creations with the community! Below is my current menu as of January 2025 -- I look forward to adding new items! Please keep in mind that creations take ~36 hours due to dough rise time. Plain Sourdough Loaf $9

Hey friends! I’ve been a little quiet over here lately because we’ve been keeping a secret…

We have a bun in the oven of our own — and this one is due in March 💛 Between growing a baby and baking bread, this mama has been tired 😅

But don’t worry… the oven is still on! I just pulled these two sourdough beauties out and had to share them with y’all.

This week, 100% of the proceeds from our baked goods will be donated to those impacted by the devastating flooding in Kerr County.

Our hearts are heavy for those who’ve lost so much. Please join us in praying for these families as they navigate unimaginable loss.

🙏 Lifeway Baptist Church in Cuero will be hosting a prayer vigil tonight from 6–7pm. Donations will also be accepted and delivered to those in need in Kerr County.

✨ Just look at these sourdough cinnamon rolls from last week’s order! ✨
They smelled so good coming out of the oven, I ended up making another batch just for my family—my husband wasn’t about to miss out after seeing (and smelling) them!

There’s something about the tangy sourdough paired with that gooey cinnamon sugar swirl that just hits different. Topped with a generous drizzle of icing and made with love right here in my little cottage kitchen. 💛

Thinking I might need to bake a few extra trays next time… 😉

This was my first year picking dewberries with my family on our ranch, and it was such a sweet, memorable experience! I decided to turn our harvest into a homemade dewberry pie and y’all… it was absolutely incredible! The crust is a sourdough pie crust—and let me tell you, it’s officially my go-to from now on. Flaky, flavorful, and the perfect match for those tart, juicy berries! If you’ve never had a dewberry, I’d say they are very similar to a blackberry but a bit more tart. My kids absolutely love them and regardless of the thorns or if they were ripe or not, they couldn’t get them off of the vine fast enough!
