I entered my first cake decorating contest this past week and won 1st place. It was such a fun experience! I only did it for the fun aspect of it, but thank you, NRV Fair! This makes a girl’s heart happy! I make cakes because I love it! Nothing makes me happier than coming up with a unique design for each and every cake I make. I went back today to collect my cake, and shockingly, it still looked fairly decent. I fully expected it to be a puddle by now in this heat. The third picture is from today.
