The Fifth Tier Baking Studio offers the finest Pastries and Confections available in the Capital District. Established in 2013, Pastry Chef, Lyle Houston has been enticing people to forget their diets for just a moment and enjoy something sweet! We closed that location in March 2020, when Covid-19 forced everything to shut down. Lyle and John have taken over a new location in Wynantskill, NY, and will be sure to make your visit amazing....
