GrayBush Bakery, LLC In 2022, Hannah started selling sourdough breads and cookies at the Mother Road Farmers Market.

Through immense support from Winslow and surrounding area, Hannah opened a location in Feb 2025 offering more baked items, specialty foods, and a bit of decor!

I've decided this is the final week. 🤗 Final week for bread in store, final week to shop the store, and final week to buy any of the decor items I have on clearance. 🥳

I have my usual selection of sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, and scones available but once they're gone, that's it for the month! I won't be baking anything until September, and only made-to-order items.

I will have the shop open Tuesday - Friday 8am - 5pm. I hope to see you in the next few days.

I have pre-orders open on my website! These have already been open to my loyalty customers and there are limited quantities for the week... so get your orders in now if you don't want to miss out. 😉

Preorders close at noon on Monday and any items available will be at the shop Tuesday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Come by and see what's available and help me empty the shop. I have decided this will be the last week open so I can clear everything out and fully transition to my home.

Once I am situated, I will open up pre-orders every Friday through Monday with delivery Thursdays... but I will share more on that later. ☺️

A quick update because it's been brought to my attention that there's been some confusion...

GrayBush Bakery is NOT going out of business. ❤️

While I am closing the retail shop, I am not closing the bakery, which has always been located in my home kitchen.

I'm currently working on transitioning to an online ordering system - you'll be able to place orders through my website and choose from one or two baking days every week, and your items will be delivered locally or you can choose to pickup from one of the designated locations (thank you to everyone who has already offered! 🥰).

At this time, I do not plan to attend any markets in September.... but if it cools down or there is an indoor event, that could change. Freah sourdough sitting outside in any kind of heat isn't exactly the best environment.

After a lot of thought, I have decided to close the GrayBush Bakery & Market shop.

My lease is coming to an end, and I've decided it's time to step away, take a break, and spend more time with my family.

This wasn't an easy decision. GrayBush has been so much more than a bakery—it has been a dream, a place to meet friends, share stories, and connect with this incredible community. I'm beyond grateful for every loaf of bread you've purchased, every cookie you've enjoyed, every kind word, and every bit of support you've shown over the years. You have helped make my little bakery into something truly special.

While I'm sad to close this chapter, I'm also looking forward to slowing down for a while and making memories with the people who matter most.

I'll be announcing details soon about my final days of business, along with opportunities to stock up on your favorite breads and bakery items before I close the doors. This week I won't be baking as I need to start the transition process, but I will be selling off most of what is in the shop.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me, supporting a small local business, and allowing GrayBush Bakery & Market to be part of your lives. I will always be grateful for this community.
