GrayBush Bakery, LLC In 2022, Hannah started selling sourdough breads and cookies at the Mother Road Farmers Market.

Through immense support from Winslow and surrounding area, Hannah opened a location in Feb 2025 offering more baked items, specialty foods, and a bit of decor!

Sourdough is definitely a process that is not for the faint of heart. It gets upset at the rain, if it's suddenly cooler in your house, if you change water or flour, or look at it wrong! 🤪

After some trial and error, I have determined that Square is no longer the best platform for how I will be baking moving forward.

The website I used long ago is pretty perfect, though, so I will continue to be available there!

If you haven't received a notification yet, the new (old) website is linked below.

At the top, it has a button to 'NEVER MISS A DROP'. Be sure to sign up to receive a text every other week when I open for pre-ordering. There is a new rewards program, and you may even notice a price change?! 🫣

🚨 Alright, guys! We are officially live! 🚨

Here's the way ordering works:
1. Head over to either of my websites ( www.graybushbakery.com or www.hotplate.com/graybush_bakery ) and place a pre-order. Quantities are limited, and ordering will be open until Monday, September 14th at noon.

2. I will bake all items on Wednesday and Thursday and deliver them to you (as long as you're within Winslow city limits 😉).

3. Delivery will occur Thursday the 17th between 1-3pm. You can also make a note if you would rather pick up from Sandra's at Route 66 Nutrition Spot Friday (9 am - 3pm) or Saturday (9am - noon).

So I'm currently fighting with square to bring you pre-ordering the way I want so this week's preorders are going to be available through two websites!

1. www.graybushbakery.com. Here you will be able to pre-order bread and other products that I had in the bakery for delivery or pickup from Route 66 Nutrition Spot

2. www.hotplate.com/graybush_bakery. Any of you that have been around since before the shop will have seen this website. It allows me to set things up in advance for you to pickup from my home bakery.

Either way, this week's preorders will be open Friday the 11th at 9am and close Monday the 14th at noon.

🤗 Hey Everyone! Today is my first day "back" after clearing out the shop, moving everything to my home, and taking a week vacation in Colorado to celebrate my mom's birthday.

📢 Right now, I am updating the website so it will be ready for preorders to open this FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH at 8am. Preorders close MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 at noon. All items ordered will be baked on Wednesday and Thursday with delivery Thursday afternoon or pickup from Route 66 Nutrition Spot Thursday afternoon, Friday, or Saturday morning.

⚠️ Please note that I will not have all the items I used to have in stock. I will have 2 flavors of bread, 1 type of cookie, 1 type of scone, and 2 flavors of bagels. This will be the general rule for preorders every week. Have a request? Leave it in the comments. 😉

I've decided this is the final week. 🤗 Final week for bread in store, final week to shop the store, and final week to buy any of the decor items I have on clearance. 🥳

I have my usual selection of sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, and scones available but once they're gone, that's it for the month! I won't be baking anything until September, and only made-to-order items.

I will have the shop open Tuesday - Friday 8am - 5pm. I hope to see you in the next few days.
