Winslow Christian School has it's very first high school graduate this year! 🥳 We are so proud of Christianna and​ the school is having a fundraiser to raise money for her senior trip! 💕

The cookies you see below are headed to the school and will be available for sale alongside those fabulous chimichanga plates!

Can't make it out to the school but would still like a treat? Let me know by 10a.m. and I can arrange that with you! 🫶 All proceeds go towards Christianna's senior trip! 🥰

Last year before I found out I was expecting our newest little blessing 👶 I got myself a heat sealer. I hadn't gotten to really use it yet, but I made good use of it tonight!
I am SO happy to have this sealer! I think the packaging looks nice. Plus, sealed cookies stay fresher longer 😍 I always did almost all of my baking for markets the Friday before(seriously an all day undertaking, I'm talking up with the sun and scrubbing dishes and cleaning my kitchen at midnight 🤭) and then very early Saturday morning(4 am, sleep who? 🤣). In the future when I am ready to start working towards markets again, I may be more opened minded to start baking on Thursdays with using this packaging. 😀

Got to do a wee bit of baking today!

Triple chocolate chip banana cookies, some with pecan! 💕

And introducing a newer variation on an all time fave:
DIPPED pistachio cream cheese cookies! Dipped variations have been on my list for a while, I happily introduce ​to you our first one! White chocolate dipped, sprinkled with extra pistachios. 😏

I know our Farmer's market opens up tomorrow, hooray! 🥳
Unfortunately, I will not be market ready for some time. 🥹
(Katarina keeps me quite busy most days.. She is 6 months old, has two teeth, and is doing very well! 🥰)

She and I are both healthy and well, just recovering and adjusting.. 🥰

We got some peaches and strawberries at the Mother Road Farmers Market this past weekend and decided to give one last nod to summer with these peach and strawberry muffins. 😍
