Our new Dubai Cookie has officially made its debut, and after testing, tasting, and perfecting every layer, we’re so excited to finally share it with you.

It starts with a rich triple chocolate cookie, topped with a pistachio crème and kataifi mixture, then finished with a crisp chocolate shell for a truly unique treat.

If you’ve ever had one of our desserts and thought, “okay WOW”… just know Kyle it was a creation from Kyle. From late nights in the kitchen to early mornings prepping dough, taste testing every new idea, and somehow still making us laugh through the chaos — he pours his whole heart into this business and this family.

He’s the calm in the storm, the muscle behind the mixers, the king of perfectly crafted cookies, and the one who reminds me that even during the busiest seasons, we built this dream together.
