***Updated update: it stopped raining, so moving it back outside. If it rains again it'll be inside again, but I'll leave the wooden "ever so sweet" sign out on the front steps so you know the stand is available and inside. Thanks!!

Self-service Snack stand is restocked and going all day today (Sunday)! More espresso cinnamon rolls, chocolate cupcakes, and assorted cake cups!

Cake cup flavors today: Marble cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream, blueberry-lemon with blueberry-lemon or vanilla buttercream, vanilla with strawberry buttercream, and vanilla with vanilla buttercream.

The cinnamon rolls do contain caffeine (I ate one last night and was up half the night with insomnia lol 😆👀)

Self-service Snack Stand is out this weekend! Espresso cinnamon rolls, with espresso topping available already on the roll or on the side for those who prefer to warm their cinnamon rolls before eating, cupcakes, and assorted flavor cake cups (blueberry lemon, and marble, will be added shortly)
I’ve been battling through migraines all week so I’m a little slow with getting all the cake/cupcake choices finished up, but I’ll be adding a few more throughout the day.

Snack stand will be going all weekend, starting around 10am until sunset or sold out.

8” chocolate cake with orange buttercream and candied orange slices and a dark chocolate buttercream border
Fun food fact, did you know sugar is a great preservative? When candied, fruit becomes shelf stable!

Blocktober Fest on Riverside Dr yesterday was such a great community event, thank you to Willimantic's 3rd Thursday Street Fest Willimantic Renaissance Inc, Willimantic Downtown Neighborhood Association for all the hard work you did putting this together and to all the amazing sponsors who helped make this great free event happen!
I made a few cookies to sweeten the already incredible prize pack for the lederhosen contest

I am ever so tired this morning haha but the self-serve snack stand is out now, Apple pie cinnamon rolls, a few cake options, and I’ll be adding some more cake options like chocolate cake with mocha buttercream and vanilla with strawberry buttercream in the next hour or so too

UConn students are back, and that means birthday cake deliveries to students from their out-of-state parents! This one was a little last minute, but I made sure to squeeze it into my schedule because I know birthdays apart from your kid, especially for the first time, can be emotional, and cake makes that a little better! It always gives me so much joy to be able to help parents celebrate their college kid's birthday with them with a (surprise) cake delivery 😊
(Dont mind the candles, I only had time to take one pic and it was the one I sent my customer asking her which candles she preferred haha)

When the food critic queen lives 3 minutes away and you've been fixing an already great formula (recipe) to make it extra amazing and your own this week, of course you special deliver a Saturday morning cinnamon roll to her!! Thank you Ruth R. Hartunian-Alumbaugh Ravings and Cravings for letting me stop by and bug you seeking your expert approval and wisdom 😁❤

It's not every day you get a homemade, freshly created cinnamon roll delivered to your door WITH frosting/icing in a little happy container that says, "use me!"

Thanks to consummate cottage baker, Bethany Dixon for this lovely Saturday morning treat. I am certain it will be gone before tomorrow.

I think you can ALL have some soon since she is creating a plan to include other cinnamon-roll-with-frosting freaks like me. :)

The self-service snack stand is out and ready to make your taste buds happy! Apple cinnamon rolls are limited quantity today since I already had someone reach out and buy half of them before they even made it to the stand, but if there’s demand and I have enough time, I’ll try to make more today for tomorrow or Monday:)
