✨Just a girl during asparagus season in Ohio
That's me, your neighborhood bread lady✨
I started making sourdough bread in 2021 after creating and tending my homemade starter for a full year prior to mustering up the courage to make my first loaf.
Once I learned about the magic of sourdough, I dove into my home bakery with a focus on consistency and quality.
I offer biweekly pickups from my home via my bread shed at the end of our long driveway, located in Willard, on a preorder basis. My menu varies based on the season and customer requests, and I have found that having goods available on an every other week basis works best both for patrons and for my personal life.
You won't see me post here often thanks to my ordering system, which automates this one small part of my existence by sending out text alerts during bread weeks to my 260+ subscribed customers, giving them quick and easy access to my menu 🙌🏼 (I need to find a way to automate more of my life 🤪)
You can subscribe here so that you, too, can be in the know and never miss a bread drop!

There are a few other ways to access my bread, too!
One way is via the online cooperative of which I'm a member, Buckeye Harvest Market, which primarily serves Lorain county.
Another way is through a variety of local stores and shops scattered throughout Huron county including Common Good Collective in Norwalk, The Coffee House and Village Roots, both in Plymouth, and Springhill Fruit Farm in Shiloh during apple season!
And the last way (for now 😉) to access my bread is through the monthly markets in downtown Plymouth, orchestrated seamlessly by none other than Katie Moore Veletean of Village Roots.
I am so incredibly proud to be associated with these establishments and business owners, and I hold both them and their mission close to my heart.
In my personal time, you can find me juggling my children, listening to a book, attempting to keep up with a garden, lifting weights with my mom friends, not using A.I., and dressing in bread color palettes.
Follow along for more bread and the occasional long and heartfelt post, and please know that to me, each one of you is a gift, profoundly appreciated 🤎
