Hello. As I said the other day I have been planning what I’m bringing to the Corn Fest (27 days away). I calculated so far over 11 lbs of butter and 5 dozen eggs. I’m afraid to add up how many cups of flour, lol.

I’m bringing Giant Cookies 🍪,many flavors of Scones, Yeast Breads and Quick Breads so far. Let’s see how creative I can get. 😜

I am a retired Culinary and Bake Shop Teacher and own a licensed Cottage Bakery that loves to bake.
Remember that I will deliver locally.

This week I am offering Scones! I have Strawberry Lemonade, Cinnamon Chip and Peach Scones. 8 pieces for $20.

Next are my Cookie Butte Bliss Cookies. $20 for 6 4 to 5 ounce Giant Cookies. Btw no one guessed the type of cookie or cookies I used in the batter. I’m still not telling you haha. But they are so good.

Lastly how about Peach Bars? $24 for 12 bars.

I have a teachable moment for you. I made Cookie Butter Bliss cookies tonight using …….(you fill in the blank with what cookie butter and cookies). My picture is of a 1oz, 3oz and 5oz cookie. Look at the size differences. These are really good cookies from all my taste testers. 😍
