Update from Pink CupCakes about COVID-19

We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19

Dear Pink CupCakes community,

here is how our business is changing due to COVID-19:

• What we are doing differently onsite (more Cleanings, only 1 customer in the store at a time only to place custom orders. Face mask must be worn. All other orders will be pre- order for curbside pick up or delivery only.(same day pick up is available) Delivery will be only; as availability is open due to the large request )

• Changes to opening hours : starting Thursday
5-7-20. we will be open 11am -4pm for pick up. please call our new number as hours may change

• New offerings, delivery, phone or online orders that allow us to serve and support our customers during this time

An update to our Pink CupCakes family

At Pink CupCakes we put our community first. We have been with you at your most special occasions and you have trusted us with your everyday moments.

Over the past month and a half, we have been learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it could impact you, our bakers. The health and well-being of our community has always been our no. 1 priority.

Beginning Wednesday , March 18, as a proactive measure, we have temporarily closed our store until Further notice.

Most importantly, be safe. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Our latest news

At Pink CupCakes, our number one priority is the health and safety of all the members of our community. We know you have questions and We want to personally assure you that we are monitoring the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. We are consulting health experts and monitoring expert recommendations, including guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center, and local health officials.

Beyond simply monitoring the situation, we are taking active measures to make sure the food that gets delivered to your home is safe and secure, and all employees are using proper sanitizing protocols as usual.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging, but we remain vigilant to ensure efficacy and safety remain the top priority.

Health and safety are all of our responsibilities. We encourage you to practice safety measures at home and when you're out. Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you have to sneeze or cough, and please stay home if you are sick. Take measures to avoid unnecessary contact with large crowds and confined gatherings of people to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
