We added a few new items in keeping with the Quaresima (Lenten) season. There’s still some refining and experimenting ahead as we continue dialing these in, but every pop-up helps us grow our bakery, improve our craft, and bring you a better product and experience each time. 🙌

⁣Pasticciotti are a traditional pastry from Puglia 🇮🇹 filled with rich pastry cream, gently scented with citrus and vanilla. ⠀

Best enjoyed warm—just a quick toast to soften the cream and let the pastry release its aroma. Enjoy them the way they’ve always been served: with a strong espresso ☕ preferably from your local roaster, or a fine import like Caffè Kimbo or Illy, straight from the Moka pot. ⠀

Large format 1.5kg loaves. Smaller batard sized loaves (experimenting with different shaping techniques). Makes a killer sandwich—Turkey, Comté, Romaine, whole grain mustard. Love the early morning light.
