And of course… I couldn’t send us off without baking something yummy for the road! 🤪

I made these homemade Pumpkin Oatmeal Cream Pies and let me just say… They are SO good. 🤤

Soft, chewy pumpkin oatmeal cookies sandwiched around a sweet cream filling. Basically fall in cookie form!

And because I loved them way too much, I decided they HAD to make it onto the Cope’s Cravings menu! 🤭

Tomorrow morning 9am I’ll have a VERY limited Strawberry Crunch Drop available!

1 cookie + 1 brownie + 1 Rice Krispie + 1 cake bar

If you don’t need the whole box, I have 2-packs of each item as well!
