Did some intermittent fasting this morning, eating for the first time at 1pm! Sometimes we eat so good and we both cook and bake so much on the weekends, a slower Monday morning is needed! I settled on oatmeal with cinnamon and bananas! Anybody else like oatmeal?? What do you add to yours??
