Did I ever introduce myself? My apologies. My name is Tara and I am the heart and soul behind Tara’s Enchanted Pantry. Some of you met and shopped my booth at local fairs and farmers markets. Others I have known for years. And all of you have been a terrific support as I've started this business.

The why I wanted to take this step was to share all things magical and delicious with this beautiful community I grew up in. I went to school here K-12 and have been raising my son here. He is an amazing 11 year old boy who helps out as much as any pre-teens attention span will allow.
I started baking in high-school when I came up with my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. Summer of 2025 I was interested in starting sourdough and my girl Sue was born the night of the full sturgeon moon. Since then she has lived more lives than a cat with back up jars always at hand to revive a new starter. Together we've tried many different recipes and bakes. I really enjoyed sharing my Bagels and Jams at the Warrensburg Farmers market and only hope to grow as we transition through the winter into the new year.

If you've ever had dreams and were scared to take the next step just reach out. Asking another local business owner for tips was the best first step I ever could of taken.

With weekend sales never really taking off I need to pause on the waste involved. I will still be taking orders! Eggs available ANY day of the week. I work from home and keep a cooler on the porch. I am collecting over a dozen a day- these girls are happy, healthy and BUSY.

If you miss your favorite bagels, want to try some sourdough, would like a sample to start your own or want a homemade jam for gifts this year just send me a PM and we will get your order ready 💜✨️
