Our sourdough is available sliced and frozen all week — and here's something worth knowing:
Freezing sourdough actually changes the carbohydrate structure, increasing resistant starch. That means it can be easier to digest, slower to spike blood sugar, and gentler on your system overall. If sourdough has ever felt heavy or hard to tolerate — frozen might be your answer.
