And yes… I somehow got this shot while driving Velma, the bright orange convertible Beetle. 🧡

We are on our way to our favorite Mexican spot, . If you’ve never been to their Cannon Falls or Red Wing locations, do yourself a favor and try the Philly cheesesteak burrito. Chad orders his without mushrooms… which I simply cannot relate to because their fresh sautéed mushrooms are perfection. 🍄✨

And bonus points: no canned veggies here. Fresh ingredients matter.

​Saturday’s diner stop was a total flop (so bland and disappointing we’re keeping them nameless 🤫), but Sunday definitely made up for it!
