I have some exciting news for you all!! Simply Sweet will be heading your way soon as a vendor at the Aitkin Farmer’s Market. More details to come, I can’t wait to share!

With the start of market season just around the corner, we are having a hard time maintaining our excitement and we just had to announce our incredible full vendor lineup for our 2026 Market Season, kicking off this Saturday, May 16th! 🎉 You can catch some of these amazing vendors at the Tractor Supply parking lot in Aitkin from 9 AM until 1 PM at our opening market this Saturday, May 16th! Filled with quality vendors, local products, handmade goods, and plenty of great finds waiting to be discovered!

You'll notice some of your favorite vendors are returning this year, but we also have a few new faces at the market this year! So stop by and say hi to our new vendors and see what great products they offer. This is sure to be an unforgettable market season, packed with lots of fun for the whole family, and you won't want to miss a single moment!

It’s National Small Business Week 🤍

I wanted to take you behind the scenes for a minute and share a little bit about my journey.

As I wrap up my final week of college, I’ve been reflecting on the past few years and everything that’s led me here. It feels a little surreal to be writing this while also running my own small business.

I’ve always known entrepreneurship was the path I wanted to take, and Simply Sweet is just the beginning of that dream.

There’s something really special about building something of your own during such a big season of life. It’s been busy, but incredibly fulfilling, and I feel so grateful to be doing something I truly love.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my small business so far, it means more than you know!

Meet the Owner ✨

Hi, I’m Jenna Dahlke, the owner of Simply Sweet. I’m from Waconia, MN, and currently finishing my senior year at South Dakota State University.

Baking has always been a meaningful part of my life. What started as a simple love for creating in the kitchen has grown into something so much bigger. Simply Sweet is rooted in simplicity and quality, but it’s about more than just baked goods. It’s about slowing down, savoring life’s little moments, and bringing people together in a meaningful way.

Whether it’s a big celebration or an ordinary afternoon, I hope what we create makes those moments a little sweeter. Building Simply Sweet has been such a special step for me, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.
