I’d never heard of a Swedish princess cake or Princesstarta until I was asked to make one for a birthday celebration a few weeks ago. To be honest, I loved the idea of a new challenge but was a little nervous as this was a multi step process and something I wasn’t familiar with at all. I had a few issues withy the marzipan layer but learned a lot through this process. The most rewarding part of the whole process was the incredible feedback I received. I’m truly humbled and honored by the kindness shown and I can’t wait to make this cake again!
