🥛Cookies & Cream Sourdough Rolls have joined the menu🥛

June’s flavor of the month is none other than Cookies & Cream!

The perfect pairing to a glass of milk!

Sourdough rolled out on top of crumbled cookies (we all know which ones, no free marketing here 😝). Filled with cocoa, brown sugar, butter and at least 12 crumbled cookie sandwiches! Topped with scratch made cream cheese frosting and more cookies.

Quattro formaggi is Italian for four cheese. These savory sourdough rolls are filled with our scratch made pizza sauce and abundant amounts of our 4-cheese blend. The Mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano cheeses paired with locally sourced herbs from Brazos River Botanicals LLC will give you a yummy cheese pull on pizza night!

Broke: Being a rebel without a cause.
Woke: Being a rebel because you missed line 47, subsection B, of the home bakery codes. 💀

I was doing some light bedtime reading of the local Cottage Food Law and stumbled across a tiny, un-fun line that essentially says: “Hey, you legally cannot sell meat out of your home kitchen.” 🛑🥩 👁️👄👁️

So, welcome to our official Vegetarian Era! 🌿

Due to the fine print, our meat-filled pizza rolls and classic charcuterie boxes are going on a mandatory hiatus until I buy a commercial factory (or, you know, rent a kitchen). Don't cry for the prosciutto, though—celebrate the extra brie!

We’re pivoting to the ultimate cheese, fruit, and carb extravaganza. Same delicious vibes, just 100% compliant. 🍇🧀✨

New meatless menu drops this week! (P.S. If anyone owns a commercial kitchen and wants to sublet a corner to a pepperoni enthusiast, my DMs are open.)
