Mik in Tuscany: cookie edition 🍪🇮🇹🥐🍋🩵🍝🍅

We just spent two magical weeks in Italy, exploring parts of Tuscany, Milan, and Lake Como. It was an absolute dream trip, and hard to put into words how much it meant to me!! So I decided to make cookies to express my love for this country! A part of my heart stayed back in Italy, and I hope to return again someday.

I’m overflowing with inspiration and poured a bit of that into this set of scrapbook cookies. There’s many more memories I want to cookie-fy, but for now I hope you enjoy these edible little snippets!

One of my favorite treats while in Florence was the croissant from Rivoire 🥐 it was sooo delicious. Perfectly buttery and surprisingly sweet. I went back more than a couple times during our stay, I couldn’t resist! 🤭
