Did you know that my (20-year-old) son and I converted my little vintage horse trailer into what it is today?

It took us 7 months and about 200 hours (yes, I logged them all;)

I have been in the process of writing a guidebook for others to do the same - here is a sneak peek at the draft book cover that I have created, and photos of before and after of the horse trailer.

It looks like I need to get this guidebook published ASAP, as I have been invited to sell it as a vendor to other cottage food bakers at a conference in Minnesota next year! (and possibly be a speaker - fingers crossed).
