I make everything myself, including the crust and pie filling. I've been really liking Cosmic Crisps as the apple base, since they hold up really well to cooking.

Baking is all about tweaking and perfecting. While I don't think any of my recipes are truly perfect, I like making changes here and there to improve the end product. I think I finally nailed my ideal chocolate chip cookie recipe.

P.S. If you're wondering why you can't really see the chocolate chips, it's because I use melty chocolate callets, so they turn into pools of chocolate in the cookie rather than holding their shape.
