Good Monday morning! Thank you to all of my weekend customers. I currently have plain sourdough, jumbo chocolate chip muffins and jumbo blueberry crumble muffins available for porch pick up this week between 4-6 pm. These are limited so message me if you would like me to hold something for you. Check back for any updates on other products that will be available during the week. Have a great week!

Good Thursday morning! The weekend is so close I can smell it! Oh wait that’s the smell of fresh bread and muffins. That was a little cringey I know, but let’s just go with it. Lol. I am closing Saturday pre orders as I am full for that day, however I will have some items available for a Monday afternoon pickup. I will have some cinnamon raisin bread, pepperoni/ cheddar and jumbo blueberry muffins and jumbo chocolate chip muffins. Please let me know Sunday if you would like any of these products for a Monday pick up.

I will be baking this week for an out of town venue next Saturday so I will not be able to open orders for next weekend. Check back during the week for available items during the week.

Good morning, I wanted to share again my new pre sliced option. This makes it so easy to toss right in the freezer and take out what you need by the slice!

Some examples of slice sizes are represented in the pictures below. The plain load was sliced at 1 cm making it perfect for a grilled cheese sandwich. The cinnamon raisin was sliced at 1.5 cm making it perfect for toasting.

My pre orders are currently open for a Saturday 5/2 pick up. If you need an order sooner, let me know and I will do my very best to make it work.

Don’t forget I also make jumbo muffins (not sour dough) and delicious scones. Message me with any orders or questions.

Hi, I’m Carolyn - the hands behind the flour, the heart behind the recipes, and the baker behind every loaf, muffin, and sweet treat that comes out of my kitchen.

My daughter Kayla, is the face behind all of my packaging labels, logo creation and menu design.

Baking has always been more than just food for me- it’s comfort, connection, and a way to bring a little joy into someone’s day. What started as a passion in my home kitchen has grown into a small micro bakery, where everything is made from scratch, in small batches, with simple, quality ingredients.

You won’t find shortcuts here. Just real butter, real time, and recipes made the way they’re meant to be- rustic, homey, and full of flavor.

By day, I work as a kitchen manager, so I know how important consistency and quality are. By early mornings and late nights, I’m baking for you.

Happy Monday! I am so excited to announce that I can now offer pre sliced sourdough. What a game changer to making your favorite sandwich. There are three slicing options from 1cm -typical sandwich to 2cm -for french toast ect.

All orders placed this week will receive FREE slicing.
