I’ve been thinking lately about how intimidating cake decorating can feel when you’re first starting out. The truth is, so much of it is just practice. Your first cakes probably won’t look like your tenth, and your tenth probably won’t look like your fiftieth, and that’s okay. You really do get better every time you try.
