This touches our hearts!! When taking over this bagel restaurant Mark had never been in a restaurant business before, the one thing he said right away, I will only use top quality ingredients so our customers eat quality food and they will taste the difference. Everything went up drastically in price from our vendors, but we still believe in quality over quantity.
