Remember to come to the Grange this Saturday 11-5. I will be there along with a few other vendors. I will not be making as many cheesecake as I made for salmon festival. I will have caramel apple cheesecake and peach available, along with a few of my popular flavors. And as always, you can message me or any cheesecake you’d like to order. And with the holidays coming up, I will only be able to bake so many for Thanksgiving, so please let me know if you need something for Thanksgiving ahead of time!

Introducing “nutty by nature” this is a shortbread crust with peanuts in it, caramel swirl cheesecake. Topped with a mixture of caramel sauce and peanuts. Then covered in my homemade chocolate ganache and sprinkled with crushed peanuts! Remember I’m just here in vernonia making whatever your heart desires!

A huge thank you to everyone! Today I was blown away again! This town of ours is truly amazing at supporting everyone and you have made me feel amazing about this business venture! This week Salmon Festival!! Come to vernonia and enjoy our amazing salmon festival and everything it has to offer! I will be baking this week for the weekend!! I will not be doing as many sugar-free or gluten-free mini cheesecakes this time because they haven’t been selling. I will still have a few on hand. My goal is to do between six and eight flavors. And as always, the blueberry lemon and raspberry lemon will come in the large size only because they are my most popular!
