Hey friends! I realized some of you might not actually know who is baking your bread 😅 so I figured it was time for an intro! I’m Ashton, and I run Baked by Ashton out of my home. If you’ve followed me for a while you know I didn’t land here right away. I tried decorated cakes and cookies first, but I just couldn’t find my rhythm in that. Traditional baking was more my thing and I became curious about sourdough, which then took over my life in the best way 😅 I believe good food should be simple, nourishing, and made with intention - so everything here is made in small batches with clean, simple ingredients. No seed oils, no dyes, nothing you can’t pronounce!
