Ironically, I don't eat a lot of cookies... but these Strawberry Crunch Cookies get me every time! 🍓🍪😍

Loaded with strawberry flavor and white chocolate chips, topped with a fluffy whipped vanilla buttercream, and covered in that strawberry crunch everyone loves... how am I supposed to resist?! 🤤

Let's just say at least one cookie from every batch mysteriously disappears. 😂💕

Well... I may have disappeared from Facebook for a bit, but I promise I didn't disappear from the kitchen! 😂

Life has been throwing punches, keeping me busy, and apparently stealing all my free time. So here's a little photo dump of some of the goodies I've been working on lately that I actually remembered to take pictures of!!

🥨 I finally tried the viral pretzel sourdough loaf and stuffed it with cheese... and let me tell you, it absolutely lives up to the hype. 🤤

🧁 I also had the pleasure of making some last-minute chocolate cupcakes topped with chocolate buttercream and a chocolate drizzle for a surprise birthday party. Because you can never have too much chocolate! 🍫

I made a Paw Patrol cake and a tool-themed cookie cake for my cute 3-year-old kitchen helper who decided the day before that he wanted something completely different. 🙃 (Toddlers keep us on our toes!)

🇺🇸 And for Memorial Day, I made some cute buttercream sugar cookies that were almost too pretty to eat.

Thank you all for continuing to support Ruby Whisk Bakery, even when I'm a little quiet online. I've still been busy baking behind the scenes! ❤️
