It's never failure, just a chance to create something new 🥰

Today i was so excited to make strawberry cookies! I thought these are going to be delicious and be a big hit. Well.... you see the picture....

I dont throw things away. I took the weird mushy flat cookies, put them back in the mixer & added more flour, and baked them again. I didnt take a picture of the second round, they turned out a little better but still not good enough. I'm sitting here like, what can I do with these now?

So, I put my second round of failure cookies in the blender with coconut milk & cream and made milkshakes 😁

I guess I'll have to tweak my strawberry cookie recipe, but for now I'm enjoying my yummy dessert 🍨

Tonight I made my signature espresso brownies & added cinnamon, then topped them with pecans. Why? It sounded good and i was feeling silly 🤪
