Ambrosial Ambrosial is a dedicated gluten free bakery that makes treats so good you won't miss the gluten! We specialize in catering baked goods for parties and events.

Almost all our items can be made gluten-free, just ask! Our head baker and trained chef, Alisha, is allergic to wheat so she has ample experience in making gluten-free baked goods taste and look as good as or better than their gluten-filled counterparts. Thankfully a sign of a great chef is being able to create delicious things with ingredients that you might not personally like. Don't worry, even though I do not like pumpkin, we will have pumpkin treats all fall long!

Here are the cakes I remembered to get pictures of for July and August. We love making cakes for your special occasions! We do have a very small kitchen with extremely limited fridge space. Because of this we usually are fully booked for cake orders at least two to three weeks out. We do our best to fit in cakes with less notice when we can, but it really depends on the other orders we have. If you need a cake Sunday-Tuesday when we aren't open I suggest ordering for the Saturday before. I had someone get really mad on the phone this week because I told her she couldn't pick up a cake on Tuesday. She was quite rude to be honest. I understand our hours and availability don't work for everyone, but we are trying our best over here to make as many people happy as we can. Campfire Cookie- We take our dairy free chocolate chip cookie dough and stuff a chocolate covered marshmallow inside. Labor of love? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely!!!

Pumpkin Cookie with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting

Pumpkin Cookie with Chocolate Chips- The cakey pumpkin cookies are naturally dairy free, we just add some dairy free chocolate chips to keep it dairy free!

Cinnamon Sugar Donuts with Maple Cream Cheese Glaze- we make these using a donut iron kind of like a waffle iron for donuts.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Pastries-filled with a buttery cinnamon brown sugar. Dare I say way better than the original?

We'll have random items all week. It'll be a little more all over the place than usual.

Here's your daily dose of dopamine!

I honestly don't know what I would do without the bakery. Is it stressful and incredibly difficult at times, absolutely. It is also my safe space to be creative and to be filled with so much pride and joy. Thank you for showing up week after week so I can keep playing with sugar!
