All loaves were carefully weighed, shaped and placed in their resting vessel this morning. They'll rest in the bakery refrigerator until bake day. Your loaves enjoy a nice loooong fermentation... 24+ hours long. This ensures maximum health benefits that only time and natural fermentation can bring, not to mention that signature flavor. 🫶🏼
