I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sure Fire Battery today. ❤️

If you know me, you know my Ford Expedition has given me the absolute BLUES all summer. 😭 I’ve spent so much money on repairs, and last week I found out I needed a new battery. Today I went to Sure Fire Battery to get it taken care of, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

The owner was seriously one of the kindest, most caring people I’ve dealt with through all of this. He tested my battery with three different machines, took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood what was going on.

After I left, my car was still acting crazy. Instead of just saying, “The new battery is good, so it’s not our problem,” he asked me to come back so he could look at it. He drove my car, checked it out, and explained that my Expedition basically needed time to relearn and adjust to the new battery that was working correctly.

I was nervous about driving it with how it was acting and needed to go a few miles away. Y’all… he followed me all the way to my destination just to make sure I made it there okay. 🥹 He absolutely did not have to do that.

And sure enough, the car adjusted and is running GREAT now!

After everything this Expedition has put me through this summer, I cannot explain how much I appreciated the patience, kindness, and genuine care I was shown today. It’s rare to come across someone who goes that far out of their way to make sure a customer is okay.

This is exactly why supporting local businesses matters. Thank you, Sure Fire Battery, for going way above and beyond for me today. You gained a customer for life. ❤️
