One of the best decisions I made was to make Joyful Bites a dedicated gluten free space!

When I made the decision to open up a cafe & bakery I knew that myself, my family and some close friends saw value in a completely gluten free space. On the other hand I had quite a few opinions from others that thought I would only have a small number of customers that saw value in it as well and that I would be taking too big of a risk by not appealing to gluten free consumers and non gluten free consumers.

I did think hard about it but I didn’t think long about it because I had such a peace about the decision to keep it completely gluten free!

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am that I made that decision! I love that I get to serve such an amazing community of people that are so kind, encouraging and supportive!

It never gets old when a new customer walks in and asks the question
“What do y’all have that is gluten free?”
And we get to reply with “EVERYTHING!”

The reaction never gets old! Whether it’s pure joy on their faces or tears of joy! We just love those moments ❤️ ❤️❤️

So cheers to all of us that are proud to always be gluten free 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
