✨ Voilà — our newest pastry case additions have arrived:

🍊 Orange Choux au Craquelin – a delicate French cream puff with a crisp craquelin shell, filled with silky orange cream and a touch of citrus sunshine.

🍎 Apple Choux au Craquelin – filled with vanilla cream and sweet apple filling, bringing all the cozy flavors of a French apple tart in one beautiful bite.

And joining them are two longtime favorites:

🍫 Chocolate Cream Puffs – light choux pastry filled with luscious chocolate cream.

Behind every loaf of bread, every pastry, every croissant, and every tart that comes out of La Baguette French Bakery is something you can’t see on the ingredient list — love, dedication, and generations of tradition.

My father has spent decades sharing his passion for authentic French baking with Tucson, and alongside him are incredible team members who have devoted years, and in some cases decades, to perfecting their craft. Together, they arrive before the sun rises, carefully shaping dough, baking bread, and creating pastries by hand so that each guest can enjoy something truly special.

When you bite into a fresh baguette, a flaky croissant, or one of our scratch-made pastries, you’re tasting more than flour, butter, and time. You’re tasting pride, commitment, and the countless hours that go into keeping traditional baking alive.

To my father, and to the amazing bakers and team members who pour their hearts into what they do every day—thank you. Your passion is the soul of this bakery.
