Pictures from last Saturday bake day! Thank you for the pre-orders and direct inquiries. Thinking about how everyone is enjoying our baked goods really makes us happy and excited. We feel the warmth of this community.

Melon pans sold out quick, so we're making more chocolate and strawberry Melon pans next time 🙇. Our next bake day is August 1st (Saturday). If you'd like to pre-order, please check the bakery link in bio.

Outside setup in front of our house ended so fast due to the extreme weather 😖 We'll wait until fall 😄🍂

Check out this wonderful almond and apple cake! Mixed with almond flour and slices of apples place to make a lovely rose! After baking, best eaten cold 🍎

Check out this wonderful two layer chocolate tart! Tart crust is made of a mixture of almond flour giving it a wonderful taste and smell! The top layer has a dark cocoa with gelatin to give it its reflection! 🍫

Yesterday we completed our biggest order all the way in Phoenix! Over 50 loaves of sourdough! We didn't have a mixer, so we had to hand-mix everything, and the dough collectively was up to 100 pounds! Due to the size and time of the order we did not have enough time to do our usual Saturday bake day and we are sorry to our loyal Saturday market customers. 🙇🏻‍♂️ Catch us next Saturday at the for sourdough and other treats!
