Here’s a fun little video of me trying to rescue a sourdough loaf 😅

I totally forgot I had dough sitting in the fridge after my baking day, and it ended up overproofed. For anyone unfamiliar, that just means the dough rose past its peak and can collapse when baked.

So instead of tossing it, I experimented with a loaf pan method to see if I could save it. Here’s part 1—stay tuned to see how it turns out!

Hi there! So… I messed up 😂 I fed my starter a different flour and it was not a fan. Because of that, it didn’t rise in time for me to make dough tonight, so I won’t be able to bake for Thursday.

I’ll be back in a few weeks, though! On Saturday the 14th, my other business, W.E. Likes, will be at Vail Pride Day—hope to see you there. In the meantime, I’m working on getting my starter back to its happy, active self.
