Our signature cinnamon roll dough, layered with cinnamon sugar, topped with peanut butter mousse, graham cracker crumble, and a cloud of house-made marshmallow fluff that's toasted until golden and gooey. Finished with a Nutter Butter cookie.

We love getting customer fan mail. 💁‍♀️🤣

Last week, our specialty roll was a S'mores Roll.

A customer looked at it and said, "Cool. But what if we put it over an actual campfire?" 🤯

And just like that, we realized some of you are operating on a level we hadn't even considered.

This might be the most extra thing we've seen all week, and we fully support it. 🔥

We think you're gonna love this week's roll JUST as much. We will definitely bring the s'mores roll back SOON! 🙌

🚨 ROLL CRAWL UPDATE 🚨

Soooooo...

It has been brought to my attention that the passports say you need 5 stamps to complete the Roll Crawl.

Here's the problem:

There are only 4 stops. 🤦‍♀️

Apparently my overstimulated bakery-owner brain counted Lucabe twice because they have two locations. The good news? You only need 4 stamps to complete the crawl.

The better news?

Kim is currently on her way to Stop #3 and may very well become the first official Roll Crawler in history. 🏆🧁🥳

Let's all take a moment to appreciate that I can coordinate a multi-county cinnamon roll road trip, but counting to four was apparently where things got complicated.

So, to clarify:

✅ 4 Stamps
✅ 14 Days
❌ Advanced math skills required

For months, this existed only as a crazy idea.

"What if we created a cinnamon roll road trip?"

Today, it's real.

The passports are printed. The rolls are baked. The stamps are ready.

Over the next two weeks, people will be traveling from Trafalgar to Franklin to Columbus to Nashville in pursuit of one very important goal:

Collecting all four stamps and earning bragging rights as an official Roll Crawler. 🧁

One of our favorite things about this event is that it brought together four small businesses that are passionate about what they do.

So grab a passport. Call your cinnamon roll-loving friends. Make a day of it.

And if you happen to find yourself eating four cinnamon rolls in the name of community support...

Well, we think that's a sacrifice worth making.

Fun fact: we're a little picky about our peaches.

That's why the only peaches you'll find at BSF come from the Peach Truck, and we just picked up 50 pounds of them. 🙌

What's coming?

🍑 Bourbon Peach Cinnamon Rolls? Yup.
🍑 Fresh muddled roasted peach tea? Also yup.
🍑 Bourbon Peach Cheesecake? Most definitely.

The only problem?

They're still a little too firm to be their best peachy selves.

🥗 BSF Fam... you all showed UP for salads today.

Judging by the photos, tags, comments, and empty bowls all over Facebook...I'd say lunch at BSF is off to a pretty good start. 🖤

Now that we've gotten the healthy part out of the way... let's talk about the salad's delicious cousin...

🥪 SANDWICHES.

Starting tomorrow, you'll be able to get:

🥓 Chicken Bacon Ranch - grilled chicken breast + bacon + cheddar + lettuce + tomato + house ranch
🥑 California Club - turkey + bacon + avocado + provolone + lettuce + tomato + garlic aioli
🇮🇹 The Grinder - ham + salami + pepperoni + provolone + lettuce + tomato + red onion + banana pepper + house Italian

All served on our scratch-made focaccia.

Here's the thing ...they're messy. 🤷‍♀️

If you're wearing a white shirt, maybe grab a few extra napkins. A bib. A drop cloth. A tarp. We're not here to judge. 😏

These sandwiches are loaded, fresh, and absolutely worth the mess.

A couple of quick notes:

🖤 Please give our team a little grace as we learn this new lunch rush together. Salads and sandwiches are brand new for us, and while we've spent weeks preparing, we're still building speed and finding our rhythm.

🖤 We may sell out.

Our focaccia is made fresh and doesn't have a long shelf life, so we've prepped what we thought we would need to make sure every sandwich is as fresh as possible.

We'll keep adjusting as we learn what you love most.

For now, we're excited, slightly nervous, and ready to feed you.
