So...we made a cookie.

Our Strawberry Shortcake Cookie starts with a buttery shortcake-style cookie, topped with a cloud of vanilla mousse and finished with a generous spoonful of our homemade strawberry compote.

Today was our “can we survive making bigger batches without losing our minds?” test run for focaccia — and?!

SUCCESS.

These are available TODAY until they’re gone so we can get some real customer feedback before the full launch next week.

🚨 TRAFALGAR UPDATE 🚨

The move is DONE. Every last piece of Brew House equipment is officially home in Trafalgar. 🖤

Because we spent the weekend hauling, reorganizing, plugging things in, unplugging things, questioning our life choices, and surviving entirely on caffeine and The Yellow Rose TX BBQ Company ...there will be NO specialty rolls this week. 😬

BUT. Two very important things ARE happening:

✨ LOTS of food testing. And we mean LOTS. Expanded savory breakfast. Lunch options. New things. Fun things. It’s coming SOON and we are ridiculously excited about it.
