🎃 Spooktacular! 🦇 Bats, pumpkins, ghosts, spiderwebs, a pumpkin moon lying in a pile of witch legs, and a haunted house all on one page. It must be October. 🕸️ But the haunted house has one more trick. Its doors actually open to reveal a hidden “Spooktacular” message inside. I love adding interactive little surprises like this to my journal pages.

I had so much fun layering all the Halloween details into an art journal page using Dyan Reaveley - Dylusions Dylusions and Ranger Ink products. Bright orange and purple, torn papers, stamped bats, spiderwebs, ghosts, pumpkins, witchy legs, and a wonderfully wonky haunted house all made their way onto the page.

Because if there’s ever a time for too many bats, too many pumpkins, and a house with secret doors, October is it. 🎃🦇💜 created by Beth Purnell 🩷 Art Journaling & Collage
